2027 SAIBPP Bursary Fund
Applications Now Open
The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) Bursary Fund is inviting applications from academically deserving students with demonstrated financial need who are pursuing full-time studies in the Built Environment, property and real estate sectors at any institution of higher learning in South Africa.
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Matric learners intending to begin their first year of university study in 2027
- Current full-time tertiary students
- Graduates intending to pursue postgraduate studies up to Honours level
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and financial need
- Successful applicants are expected to become SAIBPP student members and participate in community outreach initiatives
FIELDS OF STUDY
Applications are considered for Built Environment and commercial property-related qualifications, including:
Property Studies • Real Estate • Property Development • Property Valuation & Management • Property Management • Finance (Property) • and related qualifications
