Welcome to SAIBPP

The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners was formed in July 1996 and registered as a company under section 21 of the Companies Act of 1973 in May 1997.

The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners' (SAIBPP) vision is to be a leader in the transformation of the property sector, ensuring that previously disadvantaged people play an active role in transforming the property industry and not merely being on the receiving end. The SAIBPP drive ensures that in the spirit of transformation as a whole, women and students whose studies are leaning towards the property industry are also targeted to be beneficiaries in BBEEE.

SAIBPP's purpose is to facilitate growth for its members by developing innovative strategies between the SAIBPP membership base and business in general.

One of the main objectives of the SAIBPP amongst others; is skills and enterprise development, which is essential in ensuring that previously disadvantaged people benefit and actively participate in the property sector.
