Committee Description
Our aim is to be the first point of call for all black individuals looking to become involved in the property industry within the Western Cape. We plan go develop programmes that will start from school level through to tertiary institutions. The Western Cape has a unique political, economic and social setup, which often proves difficult to break into, by providing support, advice, a network, opportunities and a voice to black property practitioners we seek to make the transition and entrance easier.

I am involved in co-ordinating and steering SAIBPP's activities and representation in the Western Cape.

Launch of our First Issue
It is with great pride that we launch our first issue of a regular magazine for the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP). Black practitioners in the property industry face many challenges including recognition and access to their skill and potential, access to finance for their service provision businesses and investments, opportunities and business relationships.

Membership is open to:
- Corporate Members
- Individual Members
- Students.
Membership allows us to create an environment where black people benefit from the property sector, through the SAIBPP programs and initiatives.
