This Committee is to achieve SAIBPP's strategic objectives through beneficial Stakeholder relations.

Objectives

To create an awareness in our targeted audience about property and SAIBPP (awareness programmes)
SAIBPP will create a passion in its stakeholders in order for them to pursue SAIBPP's objectives
To increase stakeholder participation in SAIBPP's interventions

Launch of our First Issue
It is with great pride that we launch our first issue of a regular magazine for the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP). Black practitioners in the property industry face many challenges including recognition and access to their skill and potential, access to finance for their service provision businesses and investments, opportunities and business relationships.

Membership is open to:

- Individual Members
- Students.
Membership allows us to create an environment where black people benefit from the property sector, through the SAIBPP programs and initiatives.
