SAIBPP is pursuing the following strategic goals:

Vision of SAIBPP

Vision of SAIBPP: "SAIBPP, leading transformation in the property industry."

This vision will have been realised when the following is evident:

•	A number of historically disadvantaged in the industry will mirror the population of the Country
•	Historically disadvantaged found in all levels of the industry
•	Programs that facilitate a developmental environment for the disadvantaged
•	Partnerships that foster the interests of the disadvantaged
•	A property industry that is known to all sectors of society for its equitable treatment of participants
•	A sustainable institution through resources and membership

Mission

This vision will be realised by pursuing the following Mission:
To develop and implement programs that will facilitate the participation of black people in the property industry to the benefit of SAIBPP members and its partners.

The SAIBPP Value Proposition (Pay-off line): To ensure that black people enjoy the benefits of transformation in the property industry that is sustainable and indeed empowering.

Launch of our First Issue
It is with great pride that we launch our first issue of a regular magazine for the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP). Black practitioners in the property industry face many challenges including recognition and access to their skill and potential, access to finance for their service provision businesses and investments, opportunities and business relationships.

Membership requires registration with SAIBPP.
Membership is open to:
- Corporate Members
- Individual Members
- Students.
Membership allows us to create an environment where black people benefit from the property sector, through the SAIBPP programs and initiatives.
